The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 23 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 420, 467, 468, 471, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act.

Considering annexure-2 to this application for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his

No.1971 of 2022(5) dt.11-04-2022 2/2 arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge2nd cum special Excise Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No. 23 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
