The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2012, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 342 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that the petitioner took Rs. 25,000/- from him for providing him visa. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not receive any money from any person and not a chit of paper is filed. The present case arose out of Complaint Case No. 1109C of 2011.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the informant and others did not produce any chit of paper to show

No.5314 of 2015 (2) dt.09-02-2015 that the petitioner received any money for providing him visa, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
