No doubt, the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of three cases, including the present one and there is allegation that he as well as several other accused persons made indiscriminate firing on the house of the informant and also demanded Rs 1,00,000/- (one lac) as extortion money but taking into consideration that not a single person sustained any injury nor any empty cartridge was recovered from the place of occurrence, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ballia P.S.
