The father's name of the petitioner has been corrected by the order dated 30.01.2019. However the time for surrendering before the court below for seeking bail has not been extended.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the original order dated 12.12.2018 is further modified to the extent that if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, he shall be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5058 of 2019(3) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 266/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
