2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief:

"that this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus direction to Respondents to restrain the Respondent No. 5 to go upon the land of the petitioner and to not interfere with the petitioner's land which is in his peaceful possession and to maintain peace

3. Instead of moving before an appropriate authority under the relevant Sections of Code of Criminal Procedure, the present petition has been preferred which is misconceived.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.
