Petitioner is languishing in custody since 03.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that petitioner was issuing land receipt from the rented house from where certain documents were seized.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no one has claimed that any payment was made to the petitioner and no departmental proceeding has been initiated against the petitioner till date.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6883 of 2015 (2) dt.23-02-2015 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Vigilance Court, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 82 of 2014, arising out of Simri P.S. Case No. 94 of 2014.
