This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner, who is husband, is accused in a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and is ready for restoration of conjugal life.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Complaint Case No. 2770(C) of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, or successor Court.

The Court below shall take steps for
