====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No.413 of 2018 registered under Sections 121, 379, 414 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-AA), 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger.

The accusation is of recovery of one AK-47 rifle, one magzine, 60 live cartridges and 5 empty cartridges from the Basa of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1464 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 and is in custody since 23.11.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail stands rejected. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
