The petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No 164 of 2016, registered for offences alleged under Sections 467, 468, 471, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the allegation, the petitioner had got appointment as assistant teacher in a Panchayat school at Barawan in Block Kako in the District of Jehanabad, on the basis of false document by impersonating another person. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is pregnant lady and is in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3158 of 2018 (2) dt.18-01-2018 2/2 custody since 1st of December, 2017 as she herself surrendered in the court below.

Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bond of Rs.15,000/- (fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No 164 of 2016 subject to the conditions U/S 437(3) Cr.P.C and subject to the further condition that she will fully cooperate in the investigation by presenting herself before the I.O. as and when required in course of investigation.

The application stands disposed of.
