For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Anil Kumar Singh, Adv. For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Binod Kr. 3, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 06-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A)/34 IPC. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others has kidnapped the daughter of the informant. It appears that the victim had made statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. in which she had specifically stated that the petitioner enticed her away in a tempo and later on had put sindur. It further appears that after framing of charge, the trial is going on. Considering the facts and circumstances, in my opinion, the petitioner does not deserve bail at this stage. His prayer is rejected.
Let the trial be expedited preferably within nine months. (Amaresh Kumar Lal, J) Kanchan/- U T
