The petitioner seeks bail in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2014 under Sections 120B, 420, 406, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant had earlier filed a complaint case on the basis of which the present F.I.R. has been registered. The informant made allegation that the informant and others were started working as agent in the company and invested his own money and the money of the customers. The petitioner was also working as agent of the company and deposited some money of the complainant and other customers in R.D. account as also in fixed deposit. Other customers also deposited their money through the petitioner, but on maturity of the same, the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10008 of 2017 (2) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 did not return the amount.

It is submitted that the police without any material arrested the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner was also the agent of the company and he took money from different customers.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances as alleged in the complaint petition and thereafter he was arrested on the ground that the petitioner was working as an agent of the company, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-2, Munger in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2014.
