2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 498(A), 379, 341, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act registered in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 137 of 2019.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event the accusations are general and omnibus in nature. It is submitted that as a matter of fact, on false pretext the petitioner was made to marry the opposite party no. 2 who was suffering from mental illness. In this regard the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6227 of 2020(10) dt.12-02-2021 2/2 petitioner has filed an Informatory Petition No. 332 of 2019 against the father of opposite party no. 2. The medical report also corroborates the fact of mental illness of the opposite party no. 2. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Despite valid service of notice, none appears on behalf of opposite party no. 2 when the matter is called. On the last occasion on 19.01.2021 as well, she was not represented. 5.. Be that as it may, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 03.03.2020 in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 137 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram is hereby confirmed.
