2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 415 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of I.P.C. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67207 of 2024.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals came on motorcycle and looted Rs. 5,000/-, one ATM card, Aadhar Card, Driving License and owner book. The name of the petitioner has transpired during investigation.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that till now charges have not been framed. It is next submitted that the petitioner has 24 criminal antecedents and he

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court finds no ground to review its earlier order.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed again with direction to the concerned court below to expedite the trial and frame the charges at the earliest.
