The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application on behalf of the above named petitioner for issue of an appropriate writ(s), order(s) or direction(s) commanding thereby to the Respondent(s) concerned particularly to the Circle Officer, Silao, District-Nalanda to remove encroachment from the public land bearing Mauza-Lodipur, Thana No.-379, Khata No.-110, Plot No.-1794 and Khata No. 111, Plot No.

1700, thus make the way from plot of the petitioner and other co-resident

Patna High Court CWJC No.157 of 2023(2) dt.04-09-2023 2/2 to the road hassle free and/or grant any other equitable relief/reliefs befitting in the facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Silao DistrictNalanda for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Silao, District-Nalanda, by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
