JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-03-2021 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 14.10.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25851 of 2020 for extending the period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submits that the period of surrender has expired as the petitioner could not arrange cash of Rs. 1,00,000/- to deposit before learned Court below which was the condition for release of the petitioner on bail.

On the ground mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended for a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8934 of 2021(2) dt.03-03-2021 2/2 further period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this Court.

It is made clear that petitioner shall be released on bail on deposit of cash of Rs. 1,00,000/- before learned Court below.

The order dated 14.10.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25851 of 2020 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is allowed.
