Petitioners are in custody in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2016 for the offence under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier the petitioners approached this Court for grant of anticipatory bail but their application was not pressed and liberty was granted to the petitioners to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail.

This Court noticing the fact that husband of the deceased was acquitted and Bindeshwar Rajak, father-in-law of the deceased has been granted bail by this Court, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7260 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Saran or successor court, in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2016.
