The petitioner is languishing in custody since 03.11.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-B)a and 26 of the Arms Act.
From the possession of the petitioner one country made musket was recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the seizure list witnesses are the police personnel. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5089 of 2015 (02) dt.06-02-2015 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 124 of 2014.
