2. The present writ petition has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 12207 of 2022 which was dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 18.11.2022 passed by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma due to some unavoidable circumstances set-out in this petition.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 4 and 5 of the petition, the MJC No. 6 of 2019 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500 to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Accordingly, the CWJC No. 12207 of 2022 is restored to its original file.
