2. The Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 853-C of 2021, punishable for the offence under Sections 406, 323, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the outset, learned A.P.P. for the State submits that petitioners have been declared absconder and thereafter, process of Section 82 Cr.P.C. has already been initiated against petitioners to ensure their appearance in the Court below.

4. Considering the aforesaid development, petition for
