2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 619 of 2022 arising out of Khaira P.S. Case No. 34 fo 2021 instituted for the offence u/s 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 24.2.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58474 of 2022 with an observation to expedite the trial.

4. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report dt. 29.1.2024 with regard to the present stage of trial has been received by which it appears that the trial is likely to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4010 of 2024(4) dt.03-04-2024 2/2 concluded within a period of three months.

5. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer is rejected.

6. Accordingly, this application stands disposed off.

7. Learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial positively within stipulated period of time (i.e. three months), failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Amandeep/- U T
