The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 3336 of 2019 as the said appeal had been dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 24.09.2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. By order dated 24.09.2019, learned counsel for the appellant was directed to remove the defects as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one week after Durga Puja Vacation.

No.2510 of 2020(4) dt.31-08-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertent mistake, the defect(s) as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter could not be removed within the stipulated period as directed by the Court. The petitioner tenders that he had no intention to disobey the order of the Court and the same occurred inadvertently.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the present restoration application is allowed. Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 3336 is restored to its original file and number.

Learned counsel for the appellant directed to remove the defects as pointed out by the Office in Cr. Appeal (S.J.) No. 3336/2019 within a period of eight weeks' from the date of lifting of the lockdown in the State of Bihar. (Sudhir Singh, J) Pankaj/- U
