Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State through video conferencing. Paragraph No. 30 of the case diary shows that the investigating authorities have granted relief of Section 41(1) of the Cr.P.C. to the present petitioner. It has specifically been mentioned in Paragraph No. 30 as the petitioner has assured to fulfill the conditions of Section 41(1), as such, he was not arrested.
