The petitioner has sought for a direction to the Magadh University to issue mark sheets and migration certificate with registration number for the sessions 2012-15. In the counter affidavit, it has been stated that through letter no. legal/12/18, dated 28.03.2018, the petitioner has been asked to submit the filled up form in prescribed format of registration, duly forwarded by the B.
