JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-10-2024 Though the present writ petition was filed challenging the encroachment proceedings, initiated by the Circle Officer, Phulwarisharif, Patna, i.e. the Respondent No. 3, bearing Encroachment Case No. 4 of 2018-19, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a certified copy of the order dated 13.1.2022, passed by the Circle Officer, Phulwarisharif, which has been handed over to this Court and is kept on record, to show that Plot No. 336 has been removed from the purview of the aforesaid encroachment proceedings in question and it has been stated that the encroachment case would continue only qua Plot No. 335.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the petitioner is not having any grievance, hence, the present writ petition be disposed off. 3.
