2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the order taking cognizance dated 11.07.2017 passed in Trial No. 3915/2017 arising out of Chorasahan P.S. Case No. 187/2017 by which the Court below took the cognizance for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
