Patna High Court C. REV. No.3 of 2020 dt.31-10-2023 2/2 Date : 31-10-2023 The present Civil Review Petition is filed for reviewing the order dated 29.11.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No.10917 of 2019.

2. The matter relates to assignment of seniority in the cadre of Chief Matron. Private respondent nos.7 and 8, who are stated to have been transferred on their request. Therefore, they are not entitled to seniority over and above the review petitioners.

3. Today, we have decided identical matter (Civil Review No.2 of 2020). Except the cadre is changed, rest of the contentions urged by the review petitioners are one and the same.

4. Accordingly, the present Civil Review Petition stands dismissed in the light of the order/judgment passed today in Civil Review No.2 of 2020.
