At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner drew my attention towards annexure 2 to this petition and submitted that chip in question was seized in course of investigation and the aforesaid chip was seen by the learned Judicial Magistrate in open court in presence of both parties but no objectionable scene was found in the said chip. It is also pointed out by him that initially, petitioner was on provisional bail but subsequently, learned Judicial Magistrate refused to confirm provisional bail of the petitioner and his prayer for bail was also rejected by learned Sessions Judge. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
