It is pointed out by the counsel appearing on behalf of Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University that now the College from where the petitioner retired, namely, Karya Nand Sharma Smarak College, Lakhisarai, comes under the Munger University.

Let the Munger University be impleaded as respondent no. 7 in the array of respondents through the Registrar, Munger University.

Petitioner retired from the post of Principal and Head

Patna High Court CWJC No.1834 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/3 of the Department, Zoology from Karya Nand Sharma Smarak College, Lakhisarai. He prays for payment of post retiral benefits, which are enumerated in paragraph 1 of the writ application as follows :

(i) Deduction amount from salary of Provident Fund from the year 1995 to Feb, 2000, total amount Rs.51,267/- with interest.

(ii) The deducted amount from salary for Teachers Welfare amount fund Rs.6,330/-.

(iii) Insurance subscription amount Rs.35,600/- with interest.

(iv) The deducted provident fund amount by the College Rs.34,000/- with interest.

(v) Telephone Bill of 12 months @ 400 per month while the petitioner had been holding the post of Principal of K.S.S. College, Lakhisarai, total Rs.4,800/-.

(vi) Arrear of salary of which chart given by th Accountant approved by the Principal, K.S.S. College, Lakhisarai, dated 11.04.2018, ....." Considering the nature of the claim, made by the petitioner, writ application is

Patna High Court CWJC No.1834 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 3/3 disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation to the Registrar, Munger University, which will be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner will be paid within one month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by speaking order through registered post.
