2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 446 of 2025, registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 74, 352 & 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner repeatedly assaulted on the head and back of informant with iron rod, as a result of which, informant sustained grievous injury.

4. Considering the nature of injury, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
