1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State of Bihar is present.

2. The petitioner seeks quashing of an order dated 27.6.1995 issued by the Chief Engineer (Mechanical), Water Resources Development Department, Bihar, Patna whereby, the original petitioner ( Ashok Kumar) was reverted from the work charge establishment which is said to have been holding since 26.10.1991 to be status of a daily wage employee.

3. Learned counsel for the State contends that the petitioner's case is squarely covered by an order of Division Bench of this Court dated 24.03.2014 passed in LPA No. 252 of 2012.The original petitioner Ashok Kumar died during the pendency of the writ application and has been substituted by his wife Smt. Sunita Devi.

4. In view of the submission made on behalf of the State of Bihar, since there is no one to represent the petitioner, this application is dismissed.
