Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 27 of Arms Act.

Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 20.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45487 of 2019. By order dated 04.08.2021 a report was called for from the trial court about the stage of trial which reveals that all the unofficial charge sheet witnesses including the informant have been examined and now the case is pending for evidence of one I.O. and doctor.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12498 of 2021(4) dt.15-09-2021 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation and stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
