2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 191 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 329, 76, 109, 118(1) , 303 ( 2 ), 190, 351 ( 2 ), 351 (3) , 352 of BNS.

3 . As per the prosecution case , petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of husband of informant with Dabia due to which he sustained head injury . Doctor has found the injury simple in nature .

4. Considering the nature of injury and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten
