The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 307, 387 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R..

Informant named four persons Shashi Mahto, Sonu Mahto, Umesh Mahto and wife of umesh Mahto and alleged that all four accused persons and 4-5 unknown persons came to his marble shop.

Shashi Mahto demanded ransom of Rs.2,00,000/- and on the order of Umesh Mahto, Umesh Mahto, Shashi Mahto and Sonu Mahto fired upon him, which hit the informant. The petitioner has been implicated in the confessional statement of Shashi Mahto and except the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6105 of 2015 (2) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 confessional statement, the police did not collect any tangible evidence against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 27.6.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, DistrictSamastipur, in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.183 of 2014.
