The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 331 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding recovery from the petitioner, upon being apprehended by the police and search being made, of two live cartridges.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is submitted that though three cases are pending against the petitioner herein, but the same belong to the year 2010 and the petitioner is on bail in the said three cases. The petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4880 of 2019(2) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 is stated to be languishing in custody since 09.10.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 331 of 2018.
