Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R but his named figured in the confessional statement of Gorey Lal Tanti and Shambhu Manjhi, who were arrested in connection with other criminal case. Except the confessional statement, the Investigating Officer did not collect any tangible evidence to show the involvement of the petitioner in the crime. The petitioner is in jail since 2.5.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S.Case No.41 of 2014.
