Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Banka (Mahila) P.S. Case No.26/2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the IPC and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioners are falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of some ulterior motive, village politics. Further submits that petitioner nos.1, 2 are Bhaisur and petitioner no.3 is Gotni of the informant and they have no concern with the occurrence and they are separate in mess and business. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.155 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks in connection with Banka (Mahila) P.S. Case No.26/2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Banka, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
