Having regard to the fact that the examination of all the witnesses in the connected trial (Sessions Trial No. 1443 of 2012) has already been completed, this Court would direct the trial court i.e. Additional District Judge-III, Danapur, Patna to ensure that the judgment is pronounced within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order by trial court. With the aforementioned observation, this application for bail is disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the trial court i.e. Additional District Judge-III, Danapur, Patna immediately for its compliance in letter and spirit and also submission of a report to the registry of this Court within a period of four months from today. .
