Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act.

Considering the fact that specific allegation of hurling bomb is against other named co-accused person as well as the fact that similarly situated co-accused-Rajesh Yadav has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.33836 of 2019, let the petitioner, above named, against whom investigation of the case is already complete, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

No.523 of 2020(2) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Rajoun P.S.Case No.496 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below as well as petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the Court and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
