The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Ara (Mu.) P.S. Case No.334 of 2018 registered under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant herself alleged that her son, Chhotu Kumar fell down from his bicycle in order to save an old lady but Ramyash Yadav, petitioner No.4 assaulted him. When the informant and her daughter went to inquire about the incident, all the petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant and her daughter with fist and slab.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3813 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some altercation took place on account of petty dispute of quarreling of children and for the same occurrence, two F.I.Rs. were lodged.

Considering the aforesaid facts and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara (Mu.)
