====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused person assaulted the informant as a result of which he sustained injury.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that an occurrence of simple maar-peet took place between the students of a coaching institute. It is next submitted that as per the injury report, alleged injury has been caused due to a bike accident. Petitioner is a student and has got clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna in connection with Budha Colony P. S. Case No. 324 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
