The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence punishable under Section 364(A) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

F.I.R. has been lodged against unknown. During investigation it has appeared that the victim boy has been recovered from the railway platform. Rekha Devi, the mother of the victim, has hatched up a conspiracy and committed the offence and the name of the petitioner has appeared in her confessional statement. Rekha Devi and Birendra Yadav have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. no. 4494 of 2015. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in Rafiganj P. S. Case no. 169 of 2014 with the following conditions :

1. One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

The petitioner will be well represented in the court.

4. In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned. (Amaresh Kumar Lal, J) sudip/- U T
