2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2018 .
3 . It is alleged that 30 liters of country made liquor was recovered from seized motorcycle .
4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of seized vehicle . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature in which he is on bail.

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ayar Police Station Case No. 114 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of BNSS 2023 .
