ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 14-05-2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the amount due to the petitioner as per the calculation done by the authorities has already been paid to the petitioner. That in case, the petitioner has any grievance the remedy available is to approach the Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal.

Having regard to the above and also duly taking into consideration the fact that the present writ petition involves disputed question of facts, the present writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration Tribunal, if he is so advised. The Bihar Public Works Contracts Disputes Arbitration

Patna High Court CWJC No.472 of 2022(9) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 Tribunal shall duly take into consideration the provisions of the Section 14 of the Limitation Act for the purpose of limitation.
