According to the first information report no woman had participated in commission of dacoity and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that looted mobile was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that brother-inlaw of the petitioner's brother had given the aforesaid mobile to her. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Jadia P.S. Case no. 124/2014.
