Upon perusal of the records, it transpires to this Court that vide order no.3 dated 06.02.2025, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner and as a matter of last indulgence, matter was adjourned for one week with specific direction that if, on the next appointed date, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner, then appropriate order shall be passed. Today also, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
