JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 11-02-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.03.2012 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8434 of 2012 for extending the period of surrender in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 340 of 2011 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was gone outside the State and hence, could not surrender.

Since the order was passed in 2012, this Court is not inclined to interfere.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner keeping in view of the fact that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail on merits.
