2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 333 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 427, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, in the backdrop of land dispute, the accused persons started assaulting the father and the brother of the informant and when the informant reached there, he witnessed the accused persons having been armed with deadly weapons and assaulting his father and brother. A ransom of Rs. 25 lakhs was demanded otherwise he was threatened of dire consequences.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6219 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 this case. There is case and counter case. He is a person of clean antecedent. The injuries are simile in nature. The members of defense side have also suffered injuries and they have lodged a case bearing Araria P.S. Case No. 327 of 2023 against the prosecution side.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 333 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
