JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 19-07-2017 In the matter of appointment of teachers under the Panchayat and Prakhand, inter alia, contending that hundreds of teachers have been appointed in the year 2011 in an illegal manner and pointing out various irregularities in the appointment of teachers, this petition has been filed in public interest. From the material available on record, we find that with regard to the appointment in question, the State Government itself has taken action and an inquiry is in progress. Therefore, at this stage, we are not inclined to interfere into the matter. In case the petitioner has
