JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i). For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the respondent Bank to pay loan amount as per scheme of the State Government for purchase and establish five cows diary plat as sanctioned by the Cow Development Directorate, Patna the Subsidy amount Rs. 7,43,300/- has been given to the Bank by the State Government

Patna High Court CWJC No.2432 of 2015(2) dt.06-12-2022 2/2 through draft issued by P.N.B. Branch Boring Road, Patna for the subsidy of the sanctioned plant of altogether eight persons including the petitioner.

The subsidy amount for the petitioner's plant is Rs. 60,825/- has already been deposited through aforesaid draft in the Allahabad Bank Branch Pachtaki Yadu at Bairgania (As per letter no. 50 dated 29.1.2013 contained as Annexure-1 series page10)."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to apply afresh, for grant of loan, in case the petitioner is still interested. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
