JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that looted articles have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and the petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about 6 cases, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 05 of 2010 pending in the court of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana, Motihari stands rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
